This one-room schoolhouse built about 1810 was restored to become a Heritage Site. It has two interpretation panels located outside, making them available at all times. In the summertime, the inside of the schoolhouse is open to the public. It is recognized as a national historic site by National Trust for Canada and Parks Canada.
